AVALON BAY

While aiming for LEED Gold Certification, the new headquarters space serves as an anchor tenant in first-generation space. It was necessary to photograph the interconnecting stairs between the four floors. This required unique perspectives. Featuring the Armstrong Wood Slat Ceiling Systems, Decoustics, Barissol and Barissol.

This project had a primary challenge: delivering tenant interior space while simultaneously constructing the base building.
